Zino Aviation is seeking a motivated Sales Executive Intern to gain hands-on experience in aviation sales and customer engagement. You will work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams, assisting with lead generation, and sales strategies. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, confident, articulate, and has strong interpersonal skills. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop sales and negotiation skills while contributing to the success of a growing aviation company. The ideal candidate must be a people person—cheerful, likeable, and bubbly, with the ability to engage potential clients and build strong relationships effortlessly.

As part of a dynamic environment, the Sales Executive Intern should be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable taking on and handling diverse responsibilities in a fast-growing start-up.

Should you perform to a very high standard during your internship, you will be retained as a Sales Executive.​

Key Responsibilites

  • Support the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups.

  • Engage in cold calling, email outreach, and networking to attract potential clients.

  • Help maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.

  • Handle customer inquiries, provide service information, and guide clients through the sales process.

  • Participate in client meetings, sales pitches, and presentations with senior team members.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.

  • Support preparation of sales reports, proposals, and presentations.

  • Monitor customer feedback and market trends to refine sales strategies and collaborate with marketing.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients.

  • Confidence in speaking and presenting, with good diction and active listening skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

  • Basic understanding of CRM software (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital sales tools (a plus).

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • A true “people person” —cheerful, likable, and bubbly, with a natural ability to connect, engage, and build trust effortlessly.

  • Self-driven, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges.
