Pilot Assessment

This Assessment is a Psychometric Aptitude Test. It will test you and assess you against the key competencies required to be a successful pilot. A few areas you will be tested on include, Critical Thinking and Decision Making, Problem-solving, Spatial Reasoning, Numerical Reasoning, Crisis Management, Process Adherence and many more areas. You will receive a document afterwards highlighting your strengths weaknesses, areas of concern, areas to develop and much more.
